Archipelago+ Terms & Condition
Archipelago+ is a paid content access and subscription service which allows the user to pay to access additional content from the Archipelago brand. These terms and conditions cover Archipelago+ subscriptions and form the basis of an agreement between you (the subscriber) and Archipelago when you pay for Archipelago+ services.
Content
An Archipelago+ subscription provides access to a member’s area, where all additional content is stored. Archipelago is under no obligation to provide further content than that stored and presented in the member’s area and reserves the right to add or remove content without notice.
Subscribers also gain access to exclusive newsletter(s) and PDFs which are also subject to change / removal without notice.
If Archipelago restricts access to any paid content, a reason will be given to the user via email with a clear explanation as to why.
If users wish to suggest changes or give feedback on paid content, then they are welcome to use the Corrections or Contact pages.
Subscriptions and Pricing
As of 30 June 2026 Archipelago offers two subscription types:
A monthly recurring subscription
An annual recurring subscription
Prices for these subscriptions are quoted at the point of subscription, and may increase or reduce for new subscribers.
Existing subscribers will be given a minimum 12 months of notice of any monthly or annual subscription price changes and are welcome to cancel any renewals based on these changes.
Subscripitons renew automatically and you will be notified of any upcoming annual renewals. Monthly renewals continue on the date of the initial purchase until cancelled.
If you can no longer afford your Archipelago+ subscription, then don’t forget there is also a free newsletter option to consider.

Discounts
Archipelago+ may be offered on a time-limited discount or introductory offer. Please not that discounts cannot be applied after purchase. Discounts can be revoked at any time
Cancellations and Refunds
Archipelago+ subscribers can cancel their plan at any time via their account. This means that their subscription won’t renew on the next billing cycle. Members may still access content until the final day of their subscription, unless otherwise notified by Archipelago.
If you have subscribed to Archipelago+ and wish to cancel either a monthly or annual plan, then you have a 14-day cooling off period to request a refund via your account. Please note that refunds cannot be given beyond this 14-day cooling off period, and that your plan will simply not renew. Access to Archupelago+ will be terminated immediately if a refund is agreed.
Warranties and Access
Archipelago+ does not offer warranties, guarantees or other liabilities for digital products or content. Subscribers agree that the content they access, while of the highest quality, may still contain errors, inaccuracies or that content could become accessible for technical reasons. If users are unable to access the content they have paid for, then Archipelago will handle this on a case-by-case basis and aim for a swift resolution and a potential rebate or discount on subscriptions.
